Other bots send a link.Ours does the work.

The refund, the cancellation, the plan change, the locked account. Pronomy checks the customer, takes the action in your tools, confirms it worked, and only then says it's done. When it shouldn't act, it hands off to a person with the full story.

What it handles

The tickets your team is tired of.Done, not just answered.

Each request type is a flow you approve: steps, conditions, actions, tags and when to hand off. Flows run through your own systems via API, webhook or MCP. Zendesk and Slack connect natively.

01 · Billing

Money questions, settled

  • Refunds within your policy
  • Cancellations with retention offers
  • Failed payments retry · update card
  • Plan changes up · down · pause
  • Invoices find · resend · fix
  • Double charges check · refund
02 · Product & technical

Answers for their setup

  • How-to questions from your docs
  • Troubleshooting step by step
  • Access issues login · reset · email
  • Account setup first-week help
  • Plan limits what they can use
  • Long back-and-forth keeps the thread
03 · Operations

The busywork around tickets

  • Classification type · urgency
  • Tagging your tag set
  • Routing right team, first time
  • CRM field updates via API
  • Internal notes for your team
  • Escalations with full context

Worried this replaces your team? It replaces the copy-paste, not the people. Your team keeps the conversations that need a human, and gets time back for them.

Flows are built in the flow editor Live. Describing a change in plain language and watching the flow update is Building. See the platform

Customer · 14:02I upgraded to yearly by mistake. I meant monthly. Can I get the $96 back?

Most bots stop at step one: they write a nice sentence. Nice sentences have never refunded anyone. Pronomy treats three things as different states, and never mixes them up.

    1

    A promise

"I'll refund you." Words. Easy to write, easy to get wrong.

    2

    An attempt

The refund call went to your billing system. It might still fail.

    3

    A success

Your billing system said yes. Only now does the reply say "refunded".

What if billing says no? Flip it and watch the reply change.

Illustrative data. Not a live system or a real customer.

    The autonomy ladder

You decide how far it goes.Per action, per amount, per risk.

Trust is earned, so the agent doesn't get the keys on day one. Same as any new hire. Pick a level to see what it does there, and what it never does.

One agent, many levels at once

Levels aren't one global switch. A typical setup mixes them:

    SituationWhat happensLevel
How-to questionAnswers from your docs, tags the ticket4 · autonomous
Refund up to $50, inside policyRefunds, confirms, replies4 · autonomous
Refund over $50Prepares it, waits for one click3 · approval
New flow you just addedDrafts only, in shadow mode2 · draft
Chargeback or legal threatHands off with a summary5 · handoff

Example configuration. Your limits are yours to set. Shadow mode (internal notes only) is Live.

    Languages

They write in their language. It answers in theirs. Your team reads yours.

The agent replies in the language of each message. The work log and internal notes stay in your team's language, so nobody needs a translator to check what happened. And nobody has to write in a second language to get their own money back.

    Handoffs done right

No bot wall. No "please hold".A real name and a real time.

The agent hands off when your policy says so, or when it isn't sure. Your teammate gets the whole story in one note. The customer gets told who has their case and when they'll hear back. Nobody should have to explain their problem twice, least of all when they're already upset.

Customer · 14:10I cancelled in August and you keep charging me. I'm calling my bank.
Pronomy · 14:10I'm sorry. Three charges after you cancelled is not okay. I've passed your case to Maya on our billing team with everything you told me, so you won't have to repeat it. She'll reply here by 4 pm today.

Customer support · Applying for: the tickets your team is tired of

    Live

    Objective

Fix the customer's problem, confirm it worked, then say so. In that order.

    Skills

    • Refunds and cancellations, inside your policy
    • Plan changes, order edits, invoices, locked accounts
    • Replying in the customer's own language
    • Apologizing like it means it, then actually fixing the thing
    • Handoff notes your team will want to read

    Hobbies

Confirming the API call actually succeeded. Reading your refund policy again, just in case.

    Weaknesses (honest ones)

    • Won't act outside the flows you approve
    • Doesn't take phone calls: there's no voice channel
    • Knows nothing about your policies until you share them
    • Won't argue with an upset customer. Chargebacks and legal threats go to a person when your policy says so.

    Expected pay

$0.33 per resolution on Scale, $0.39 pay as you go. $0 when it escalates, when the customer reopens the same issue within 7 days, or when it fails its scorecard. What counts as resolved

    References

    Available on request (seriously, ask).

    The guarantee

You pay when it's resolved. And "resolved" means all five.

01The request was completed within your policy.
02Every promised action was confirmed by the target system.
03No human had to take over.
04The customer didn't reopen it within 7 days.
    05The conversation passed its scorecard.

Miss any one and it's free. Escalations, reopens and failed scorecards all cost $0.

    Straight answers

    Agent questions.Answered plainly.

Can it really take actions, or just reply?
It takes actions through your own systems: billing, commerce platforms, your CRM, via API, webhook or MCP. Zendesk and Slack are native. Every action and its result is written to the audit log, and the reply reflects what your system actually returned.
What stops it from refunding everyone?
Your flows and your limits. You set autonomy per action, amount, case type and risk. Large refunds can wait for a human click. Anything outside an allowed flow drops to approval or handoff. It can't invent a new action you didn't allow.
Will customers know they're talking to AI?
They should, and in many places the law says they must. The agent is labeled as AI by default, and you choose how it introduces itself. We don't think hiding it is what makes support good. Fixing the problem is.
    What languages does it speak?
It replies in the language the customer writes in. Internal notes and the work log stay in your team's language. If you want certain languages always routed to a person, make that a handoff rule.
How do we start without risk?
We map your flows with you from your tickets and policies, for free. Then shadow mode: the agent writes internal notes only, and your team checks its work. Then one flow goes live. Then more, as the scores earn it. No lock-in, no minimum term.
    P.S.

If our agent ever answers one of your customers’ refund requests with a help article, tell me. I’ll take it personally, fix it, and send you the work log so you can see exactly what went wrong.

Which ticket do you never want to see again?Bring it. We'll map the flow on the call.
